The 2011 visit by Mâcon Agricultural Students

On the 7th July 2011 the Mayor elect of Crewe, Cllr. Roy Cartlidge, welcomed a party of agricultural students from Mâcon to the Municipal Buildings in Crewe. They were given a brief tour of the building and then taken to Reaseheath College where they were shown what the college has to offer. The students were accompanied by members of the Twinning Committee and Janice Benn, a CANTA member, who dealt with any translation problems. A visit to Nantwich concluded the day.

This annual visit is organised by CANTA to widen the students appreciation of the United Kingdom and current agricultural practices.
